We collect what we need to run accounts, the API and the waitlist. We do not sell your data. Addresses you send to the API are geocoded in the EU, with a US government geocoder as a backup, and geocoded addresses are kept in a shared lookup cache. You can export or delete your account data.

2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, your organization and your role in it.
- Sign-in security data: the two-factor methods you set up (authenticator app, passkey, SMS or email code), the phone number if you choose SMS, and for each session the IP address and browser user agent.
- API keys: stored only as a keyed hash, and shown to you once when created.
- API usage records: for each API call, the endpoint, status code, response time, request ID, and the request and response contents. Those can include the addresses you send us.
- Waitlist: your email address, whether you confirmed it or unsubscribed, and when.
- This website: a short-lived signed cookie named
__Host-az_gate(about 30 minutes) that helps us limit abuse of the calculators; it is not used for tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless, aggregate page-view counts.
3. How we use it
To provide the service and your account, to keep it secure and prevent abuse, and to send service emails (sign-in codes, billing and security notices). Waitlist addresses are used only to confirm your sign-up and to tell you when we launch. We do not sell or share them.
4. Where it is processed
We use the providers below. Address geocoding is performed by Geocodio on its Self-Serve platform, which is hosted in Europe, so addresses you send are processed in the EU. If Geocodio can't answer an address search, we send that address to the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoder in the United States instead. See also our Trust page.

Customers covered by the DPA are notified of applicable subprocessor changes before they take effect.
5. Retention
Database backups are kept for 7 days, with point-in-time recovery over the same 7 days. Internal processing records are deleted after 7 days. Otherwise we keep records while your account exists. When an organization is deleted, the contents of its usage records are removed after 30 days and its single sign-on settings, claimed domains and pending invitations are cleared. When a user account is deleted, it is deactivated immediately and then anonymized by our team. Addresses geocoded by Geocodio are also stored permanently in a shared lookup cache, so a repeat lookup doesn't call the geocoder again. That cache isn't tied to any account and stays after an account or organization is deleted.
6. Your choices and rights
In the dashboard, Settings, Your data lets you download a JSON export of your data and delete your account. Waitlist emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link. For any other request, write to support@asizor.com.
7. Children
Asizor is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
The version and date are at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will tell account holders by email.
